conveyancer.in is an independent Australian website. This page explains plainly how the site makes money, because you deserve to know before you use it.
Referral fees from conveyancing partners
When you submit an enquiry through this site, we refer it to a licensed conveyancing partner: a licensed conveyancer, or in Queensland and the ACT a conveyancing solicitor, authorised to act in your state. If you become that partner's client, the partner pays us a referral fee. You do not pay us anything, and the fee does not change what your conveyancer charges you.
Funding referrals to Property.Credit
Our "pay at settlement" pages refer funding enquiries to Property.Credit, a provider that funds property selling costs, repaid from your sale proceeds at settlement. We may receive a fee for these referrals. Approval criteria, terms and pricing are Property.Credit's own, and any credit decision is theirs alone.
What our partners do not control
Our partners do not write, review or approve the guides, tools or FAQ answers on this site. Editorial content is produced independently by the conveyancer.in editorial team. We do not publish conveyancing prices, and nothing on this site is a quote or an offer on any partner's behalf.
What we don't do
We are not conveyancers, solicitors, or financial advisers, and nothing on this site is legal or financial advice. We do not charge sellers, we do not sell your data, and we do not accept payment from businesses to alter our editorial content.
